AQUIB has achieved a key milestone for consolidating the university system in the Balearic Islands: inclusion in the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR). This recognition confirms that the agency operates in compliance with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG), representing a significant step forward for the international projection of higher education in the Balearic Islands.

This success is the result of an intense process that required years of rigorous work by AQUIB, with essential support from the Ministry of Education and Universities. This achievement is, therefore, a testament to our rigour and collective commitment to strengthening the quality of the university system in the Balearic Islands.
