We have successfully completed the internal audit of our quality management system
We have carried out the internal audit of our quality management system, a key process to check that our procedures work properly and meet the established requirements.
During the audit, we reviewed in detail the agency’s main processes and analysed how we apply them in our day-to-day work, with the aim of continuing to improve our activity.
The audit was carried out by Vanessa Prados, and no non-conformities were identified. This result confirms the robustness of our quality system and reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement.
