Complementary payments for faculty
We have convened a meeting to assess the complementary payments for teaching and research faculty (PDI) at the University of the Balearic Islands. This evaluation, in accordance with Decree 7/2017, of February 10th, aims to recognise and reward excellence in teaching and ongoing training, research activity, and knowledge transfer.
The Complementary Payments Evaluation Commission (CECRA), chaired by Prof. Balbina Nogales and comprising members of the academic community, spearheaded this undertaking. With meticulous adherence to the evaluation protocol delineated in the Resolution issued by the Director General of University Policy and Higher Education on February 13th, 2017, the CECRA ensured that the assessment guidelines outlined in Decree 7/2017, of February 10th, were rigorously followed.
