We Begin the Process for AQUIB’s New Strategic Plan
Today we held the first working session to begin drafting AQUIB’s new Strategic Plan.
The session included the participation of Vanessa Prados, an external consultant who will accompany us throughout the process, offering a professional and facilitative perspective focused on organisational improvement.
This initial meeting allowed us to review the progress made under the previous strategic plan, identify the main challenges ahead, and start exchanging ideas, concerns and proposals to define the direction we want to take as an agency.
Today’s session marked the starting point of a collective process that will unfold over the coming months and culminate in the presentation of the new Strategic Plan, which will guide AQUIB’s actions in a context shaped by regulatory changes, digital transformation, and the emerging challenges of the higher education system.
