At the meeting of December 19, 2022, the Board of Directors of AQUIB approved the Agency's Strategic Plan for the period 2023-2025.

For the elaboration of this Strategic Plan, the entire team of the Agency met in several workshop sessions to analyze the present and future of the organization and collaborated in the elaboration and drafting of the plan. On the other hand, a participative process was established in which other stakeholders were invited to make their contributions. The final document details the Agency's strategic lines as well as the objectives and specific actions to carry them out.

The strategic lines are:

• Internationalization: aligning the Agency's strategy with international standards and criteria.
• Quality management systems: promoting continuous improvement and excellence in management.
• Increasing the agency's autonomy and independence.
• Communication tools: improving the agency's visibility and positioning.
• Promotion of quality in higher education.
• Adequacy and optimization of resources.

For the moment, the Strategic Plan is only available in Spanish and Catalan, but it will be translated to English soon.

Last Thursday, July 28^th, 2022, all AQUIB staff had a first contact to start drafting the Agency's Strategic Plan for the coming years. The meeting was also attended by Vanessa Prados, who advises the team as an external consultant.
