Metaevaluation meeting for faculty salary supplements
Today, we held a metaevaluation meeting with the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) to review and analyse the processes for assigning teaching salary supplements.
This meeting allowed for a joint reflection between AQUIB and UIB on the effectiveness of the procedures applied. As a result, areas for improvement have been identified to optimize the evaluation and accreditation system for salary supplements.
