On 4–5 June 2026, we participated in the ENQA Workshop on Strategic Communications in Quality Assurance Agencies, held in Oslo, Norway, and organised by the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and the Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (NOKUT).

The workshop brought together professionals from quality assurance agencies across Europe to reflect on the role of strategic communication in quality assurance and its contribution to transparency, trust, and institutional impact.

Throughout the programme, participants explored topics such as the social responsibility of quality assurance agencies, building trust-based relationships with stakeholders, communication in international contexts, and strategies for delivering key messages in a clear, coherent, and effective way. The workshop also included collaborative discussions and peer-learning activities aimed at identifying good practices in institutional communication and stakeholder engagement.
