AQUIB evaluates applications for the Talent Junior 2026 call
AQUIB has hosted a meeting at its headquarters of the committee responsible for the scientific and technical evaluation of applications submitted to the Talent Junior 2026 call, launched by the Regional Ministry of Education and Universities of the Government of the Balearic Islands.
The call aims to award five grants to recruit highly regarded junior researchers into the Balearic Islands’ science, technology and innovation system through five-year employment contracts.
As an independent body, we carry out the external scientific and technical evaluation of the applications, taking into account three main criteria: candidates’ scientific and technical track records and contributions, the quality of their research proposals, and their integration into the host research centres.
Through this work, we help ensure a rigorous, objective and transparent evaluation process that supports the attraction of research talent and strengthens the Balearic Islands’ research system.
