AQUIB is committed to ensuring that official university programmes meet established quality standards. One of the key processes to uphold this commitment is the renewal of accreditation, which involves an external evaluation carried out by a panel of experts.

The aim of this evaluation is to verify that the programmes are being implemented effectively. For 240 ECTS undergraduate degrees, as well as master’s programmes and doctoral studies, the renewal must be completed within six years of implementation. For 300 or 360 ECTS degrees, the renewal must take place within eight years.

This week, we carried out the external site visit for the renewal of the accreditation of the Master's Degree in Food and Human Nutrition de la Universitat de les Illes Balears (UIB) y del Degree in Dentistry of the Escuela Universitaria Adema. During the visit, the expert panel held interviews with various stakeholders involved in the programme —students, academic and support staff, employers, and others— to gain a comprehensive understanding of the programmes current state.
