Aquib - New guidelines for the accreditation renewal and follow-up of Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes

New guidelines for the accreditation renewal and follow-up of Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes

The Agency has renewed the guidelines for the accreditation renewal and follow-up of Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes. The new guidelines include the legislative changes established in Royal Decree 822/2021, of 28 September, which establishes the organisation of university education and the procedure for the assurance of its quality.

AQUIB thus replaces its previous guidelines in order to include the new standards and guidelines governing quality assurance in the European Higher Education Area. These new guidelines seek to guide universities in the process of renewal of accreditation and follow-up of Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes and give guidance on these processes. All documents are available in the sections of "Accreditation renewal" and "Follow-up" of our website.
