Meeting with the Faculty Evaluation Committees
At AQUIB, we recently held a meeting with the presidents of our faculty evaluation committees to work on drafting the faculty evaluation criteria. This meeting allowed us to make progress in defining a drafted document that will be reviewed by the Criteria Commission, responsible for validating and approving the final document.
Our evaluation committees are organized by scientific fields, with their corresponding areas of knowledge, to ensure a rigorous, fair, and adaptable process that reflects the diversity of the university system. We are committed to developing an evaluation framework that meets the needs of the academic community and supports the continuous improvement of faculty members.
